Do I Need to Bring Anything?

All the cabins at Stewarts Bay Lodge are fully self contained - all you need is personal posessions and any food you may need.

How do I Get There?

Follow signs to Port Arthur, the entrance is alongside the Port Arthur General store and Post Office and opposite Eucalypt Cafe.

How Far to Port Arthur Historic Site?

Just a 20 minute walk along the waterfront or a few minutes in the car.

Do Your Cabins Have Wheel Chair Access or Disability Aids?

We have two disability access cabins.  These cabins have full wheel chair access, a walk-in Shower, grab bars and wall rails in the bathroom as well as a non-slip floor surface.  One is a two bedroom standard cabin, the other is a deluxe cabin.

Do you have Internet Facilities?

Available at Reception.

How Often are Cabins Serviced?

Cabins are only serviced on departure, but arrangements can be made for long stays.

Are there Hair Dryers?

Yes all cabins have hair dryers.

Are there Washing Machines/Dryers and Ironing Facilities?

Yes all cabins have Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.

What Type of heating is There?

All cabins have panel heaters and there are electric blankets on all beds. New cabins have reverse cycle air conditioning.
