A night, a week or more...Stewarts Bay Lodge at Port Arthur and the local region have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Nature has provided us with some of the greatest facilities on offer.

The beach is a playground for young and old. Both Stewarts Bay Beach and Ladies Bay are sheltered and ideal for snorkelling. Our walking trails are great exercise machines.

Taylor's Waterfront Restaurant and Function Centre is the place to go for all your dining needs. Drop in for a coffee, stay for lunch or dinner, take away some fish and chips or just sit back and relax and enjoy a drink from the bar. The restaurant is fully licensed and features an extensive wine list. For all year round comfort and ambience it is fully airconditioned and has 2 log fires. Conferences, functions, weddings and groups are fully catered for in 2 separate function rooms.

Airconditioning - Our new Deluxe Spa Lodges have reverse cycle airconditioning.

Baby cots, highchairs, cot linen and blankets - Available to hire. Please indicate your requirements at the time of booking. Cots or highchairs are $10 per day; weekly rates are available.

BBQs - Barbecues and tables are provided at the lodge. You can also have a BBQ on Stewarts Bay Beach.

Beach towels - Available to hire at $5 for the duration of your stay.

TV and CD/DVD player - A CD and DVD player and radio is provided along with a digital TV. DVDs are available for use free of charge from reception.

Banks and EFTPOS - Major banks are in Hobart and there are Westpac and Commonwealth Bank branches in Sorell. The Port Arthur General Store operates a Post Office banking service. ATMs are located in the supermarkets at Nubeena and there is also an ATM inside the Port Arthur Historic Site.

Bottle shops - Taylor's Restaurant has an extensive wine list of local wines and offers discounted prices for in-house guests to consume in their cabin. There is a bottle shop at the Fox and Hounds within 2kms of Stewarts Bay Lodge. Alternatively there is a bottle shop at the Nubeena Tavern and at the IGA Supermarket at Nubeena.

Supermarkets and shops - A 10 minute drive further along the Arthur Highway at Nubeena there are 2 IGA supermarkets, post office, newsagency, chemist, bakery and takeaway, hardware store and hairdresser.

Internet Kiosk - Available at Reception during opening hours.

Reception - Open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 9am-12pm Saturday and Sunday (winter hours). Summer opening hours may be longer. If arriving out of reception hours check in will be at Taylor's Restaurant.

A small variety of gourmet foods and delicacies are available for purchase from reception.

Cabins are serviced at the end of your stay.
